This week we were tired from all our jet setting so have spent time thinking about holidays in the UK. Although we didn’t travel quite as far we found lots of great places to visit here and the different types of holidays we could have. We spent time with Mr Grindling at his lighthouse thinking about how we could stop those pesky seagulls eating his packed lunch!
We are all thinking about our future journeys and what they will mean for us, especially those moving into reception class in our school and others in Preston. We shared thoughts and memories about our year or years together and have thought about what we learnt about Omotenashi and how we all have lots of special memories.
We had a visit from Father John Marks in class this week, where the children told him all about their travels especially when we brought Mary back to school. He gave us all a blessing for our future journeys.
