Working at Saint Clare’s
At Saint Clare’s Catholic Primary School, our children are at the heart of all that we do. They are curious, caring, and full of joy - a delight to work with each day. Our dedicated staff and supportive governors work closely together to create a nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to flourish academically, socially, and spiritually.
Why work with us?
Joining Saint Clare’s means being part of a team that celebrates success, supports one another, and finds joy in making a difference every single day.
We encourage potential applicants to visit our school and experience the community firsthand when vacancies arise.
Safeguarding Commitment
Saint Clare’s Catholic Primary School is part of the Mater Ecclesiae Catholic Multi Academy Trust. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, and expect all staff and volunteers to share in this commitment. All successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and required to sign a CES contract.
As part of the Trust’s safer recruitment procedures, an online search will be conducted for all shortlisted candidates, in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2024.
The school’s safeguarding policies can be found using this link.
Mater Ecclesiae has adopted Lancashire County Council’s policy Statement on the Recruitment of Ex-offenders. This is available to all applicants upon request.
