Fire week. This is always a highlight of the forest term. The children recapped fire safety rules first. Then they enjoyed toasting a marshmallow and using it to make a smore. Some children made some amazing forest animals out of clay. While others helped clean the pond and hunted for frogs and froglets. We were lucky to have Derek come and help us drill screws into our bench, next week we can decorate it and show off the final product.
