FIRE WEEK. The children were so excited. Safety first though so we all learned the rules about coming into the fire pit to toast our marshmallows. Whilst the children took turns toasting their marshmallows the rest of the group made a bird hide to look for birds in. Some children made some bird food in the mud kitchen. Year one have been fantastic in the forest over the past half term. I can't wait to see them all in the forest next year.
