This week we have continued with our animal studies learning about how we care for our pets and other people who care for animals. We heard from the safari ranger about how he looks after the animals and created different animal prints from animals he saw through his binoculars. The vet told us all about how they look after poorly dogs and we cared for our special composting worms.
While we were still thinking of animals from the wider world we also learnt about nocturnal animals especially those local to us. We heard about Bill Percy and Sarah the owl babies who were sad when their mummy went hunting for tea. We thought of ways we could have made them happy before she came back.
We heard all about how Noah loved God and cared for all the animals when God spoke to him. I wonder how many different animals you can think of that Noah took on his ark?
