National Story Telling Week in Beech
This week in Beech we celebrated National Story Telling Week.
Using the text ‘I am Nefertiti,’ by Annemarie Anyang, we wrote our own poems, a diary entry and non-fiction fact sheet.
We performed some of our work in assembly.

Spring is coming
This week I welcomed year two into the forest. We chose our forest school name then made a necklace out of clay and carved a picture to match our name. We learnt about the life cycle of a frog so that each week we can keep a look out for frogspawn in our pond.
NSPCC Visit
We were delighted to welcome the NSPCC into school today. They delivered engaging and age‑appropriate workshops with Year 2, Year 5, and Year 6, all focused on staying safe and looking out for one another.
