During time with Mrs Thorpe this week, Cherry class have had a great time making their own printing presses and using these to make prints. Over the last couple of weeks the children have been learning about printing, looking at printing artist and their art work, whilst developing their own printing skills.
Cherry class also had a great time during Music, listening to and joining in with samba beats, which is linked to our South American topic. The children thoroughly enjoyed this lesson and the beats could be heard down the corridor, which was loved by all.
French this week involved learning about the weather – I wonder if your child could describe the weather to you in French!!! Each day sees a number of different weathers, so this will be a great way to practice their skills.
