This week we have finished our gingerbread man topic. We pretended to be different characters and wrote speech bubbles for them. We were also set a challenge, we had to help the Gingerbread Man across the river. We decided to build bridges and boats and have started our designs. We will launch our creations next week and see if the Gingerbread Man survives!
We also learnt all about VE day on Thursday. We created flags, banners and flowers for our street party. We had a mini street party outside. We created a flower and treat basket for the elderly at Sherwood Lodge Care Home to mark the celebrations.
