This week in Beech Class we have been finding out all about Neil Armstrong. We began with his early life and finished with a timeline of his life. We especially enjoyed creating posters about the Apollo 11 Mission to the Moon!
On Wednesday we celebrated the beginning of Lent by receiving ashes on our foreheads at Ash Wednesday Mass. The children were respectful and have shared their knowledge with each other about what Christians do in Lent to prepare for Easter.
On Thursday it was World Book Day! Thank you so much for supporting the children with this day. They all looked amazing as different book characters and enjoyed all of our Book Day activities!
