What a great start to a new year although it’s been a dry cold one. We had a great to start to the week with a visit from our new head teacher presenting certificates to our children who achieved 100% attendance in the last term. Well done to the three of you.
We have had a visit over to church to celebrate the epiphany and visit the crib and see the wise men.
As we have now started our new theme on animals we have been exploring animals from cold climates and what a week we chose! It felt like being in the Antarctic at times but has been great for us exploring not only the animals but temperature. We have had great fun testing the temperature in different places and ourselves. We have learnt all about what we can do to keep ourselves to keep warm including clothing and exercise. We have loved learning all about arctic animals and hope that as we look forward to learning about safari animals next week we get weather like in hot countries ????????

Please note next week our meet the teacher will be at 5pm like the other classes in school. For those not attending the PowerPoint will be on our blog.
