What an amazing week we had on residential at Borwick Hall! The children embraced every challenge with enthusiasm, teamwork, and big smiles. From outdoor adventures to developing their independence, they truly made the most of every moment.

Parents can now enjoy looking back on the experience — all the photographs are available in the four albums below. We hope they capture just how memorable the week was for everyone.

After a restful half-term break, the children have returned to school refreshed, focused, and ready to learn. It’s been wonderful to see them settle straight back into classroom life with maturity and positivity.

In English, we’ve been exploring poetry, looking closely at different styles and techniques and the children have already begun producing thoughtful and creative work of their own.

In Maths, we’ve moved on to learning about coordinates, and the class has enjoyed applying their knowledge through practical tasks and challenges.

We also welcomed a visitor from the NSPCC, who delivered an important session on keeping ourselves and others safe. The children showed great maturity during the discussion, sharing thoughtful ideas and demonstrating a strong understanding of the importance of looking out for one another.

It’s been a brilliant start to the half term, and we’re excited for all the learning and experiences still to come!
